Glossary

• Customer/You: Any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly are outside their trade, business, craft, or profession.

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all sales of digital products by [Your Company Name] via our webshop to you as our customers worldwide.

2. Contractual Partner, Conclusion of Contract

The purchase contract is concluded with Statler Grooves. By listing the digital products in the webshop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. The contract is concluded when you as the customer acquire the offered digital products by completing the order process in the webshop.

3. Prices and Payment Terms

The prices mentioned are total prices and include value-added tax. Additional delivery and shipping costs do not apply when the products are transmitted digitally. Payment is made using the payment methods offered in the webshop.

4. Delivery

The delivery of digital products is carried out by providing a download or by sending a link to the file to the email address you provided immediately after the time of payment confirmation. Delivery of non-digital products is provided by a delivery company.

5. Usage Rights

By purchasing the digital products, you receive the non-exclusive, worldwide right to use the products for private purposes. The transfer or sale of the purchased digital products to third parties is not permitted. The reproduction of the digital products is not permitted.

6. Right of Withdrawal

You generally have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. However, the right of withdrawal expires in the following cases:

• As soon as you start downloading or streaming the digital product, your right of withdrawal expires because you have expressly agreed that we begin the execution of the contract before the end of the withdrawal period, and you have confirmed your knowledge that by this consent you lose your right of withdrawal upon the commencement of the contract's execution.
• Your right of withdrawal also expires if you expressly agree before the start of the download or streaming that we begin the delivery of the digital product before the expiry of the fourteen-day withdrawal period, and you confirm that you are aware that by your consent to the commencement of the download or streaming, you lose your right of withdrawal.

By placing your order, you confirm that you have understood and accept these conditions for the expiration of the right of withdrawal.

7. Liability

Liability for defects in the digital products is governed by statutory provisions.

8. Final Provisions

If individual provisions of this contract are invalid or unenforceable, or become invalid or unenforceable after the conclusion of the contract, the validity of the rest of the contract remains unaffected.
